Once again this year, the Paranimf hall of the University of Barcelona has been the setting for the Graduation Ceremony of the 7th Promotion of the Degree in International Physiotherapy (UdG-UB). Fifty-five new physiotherapists who began their studies at the Bellvitge Campus in 2021 and who this Friday received the diploma that accredits them as professionals after four years of effort.
The ceremony was opened by the rector’s delegate for the affiliated centres of the UdG, Dr. Pilar Marquès. The initial speech gave way to the speeches of the Head of Studies of ENTI-UB, Eduard Arnau, and the director of the Degree in Physiotherapy, Dr. Gerard Muñoz. All of them praised the perseverance, attitude and dedication of this graduating class (2021/2025) and encouraged the new graduates to enter the professional field with the same determination and ambition as they have done during their university studies. On behalf of the students, xxxx spoke, who also had words of thanks for the teaching staff, classmates and family members.
The speeches gave way to the presentation of diplomas and sashes, which was the most celebrated moment of the ceremony. After this presentation, Dr. Pilar Marquès took the floor again to close the ceremony before the university anthem, Gaudeamus Igitur, was played in the hall.
