The Director of the International Degree in Physiotherapy has published a new article in the academic journal “Disability and Rehabilitation”

Mariano Gacto, the Director of the International Degree in Physiotherapy at ENTI-UB & EUSES-UdG (School of New Interactive Technologies & University School of Health and Sports), has published a new academic article in the renowned journal “Disability and Rehabilitation”.

The study, entitled “Sensitivity to change of mobility measures in musculoskeletal conditions on lower extremities in outpatient rehabilitation settings”, analyzes the mobility activities measures for lower extremities in rehabilitation. They show the consistency and sensitivity of the indicators and conclude that it can be used to provide consistent and sensitive measures of changes in patients’ mobility during the recovery process.

The academic staff of the International Degree in Physiotherapy is committed to the academic research; they combine university teaching, clinical practice and Research Excellence.
