The Talent Day 2023 has already started the countdown. The Virtual Employment and Career Guidance Fair of the University School of Health and Sport (EUSES) will be held on 24 and 25 April and it is now in its third edition. The Talent Day, an initiative of the EUSES Alumni team led by Sílvia Roche, already has about forty confirmed stands of companies, centres and clubs, and the forecast is that the number may increase even more during the days prior to the event.
Registration (free of charge) is already open. Although the potential public are the 4th year students of the Degrees in CAFyD and Physiotherapy and those associated with EUSES Alumni (with a view to entering the job market or looking for a job offer that fits their profile), the Talent Day is also open to 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students of all school campuses (Salt, Bellvitge and Terres de l’Ebre).
At the Talent Day, students will have virtual access to the stands of companies (some from abroad) that will post job offers to which attendees can not only access to see the characteristics, but there will be the possibility to ask questions, send a CV, chat with the company managers and even conduct a job interview via videoconference.
One of the new features this year will be the possibility for attendees to network. They will be able to interact with other visitors to the fair (students and alumni) and expand their network of contacts. All they need to do is activate the networking option when they register.
Conferences and round tables
In addition to the stands, five conferences and three round tables have been programmed during the Talent Day with the aim of helping students to find the job that best suits them. All the conferences and round tables will be held virtually through the platform, except for the two workshops to be given by Nuria Sanllehí, which will be face-to-face. However, these lectures will also be broadcast live on Zoom for those registered who cannot attend in person at the Salt Campus.
