The School of Health and Sport (Escola Universitària de la Salut i l’Esport – EUSES-UdG) and the School of New Interactive Technologies (Escola de Noves Tecnologies Interactives – ENTI-UB) will hold an open day at the Health Campus of the University of Barcelona (UB) on Saturday February 25th for those interested in the Degree in International Physiotherapy for the academic year 2017/18.
During the day there will be an information session where future students will learn about the curriculum, the career opportunities for this degree and the process of registration and fees.
The degree that we offer is a pioneer in new technology and provides students with experience in a field with a great deal of growth and future. The inclusion of new technologies enables students to participate in the development of assessment tools in physiotherapy and to apply new technological advances in this field. It even provides them with the possibility of working on the creation of new technological applications in the field of physiotherapy.
Another distinctive feature of the Degree in International Physiotherapy is that classes are taught entirely in English. Today this language is already becoming a core skill for attaining a professionally recognised level.
Our team of lecturers are highly qualified in teaching and come from prestigious international universities. Although working in teaching, they are at the same time professionals who are active in the field of physiotherapy.
In addition, we offer students international exchange programmes, such as the Erasmus programme, which enables them to acquire a more global outlook, and at the same time expand their international networking.
As for academic internships, the student can choose to do them in centres that are leaders in physiotherapy, recognised in the field of health and distributed throughout Catalonia.
So remember that on Saturday February 25th we are looking forward to seeing you at the Open Day, solving any queries you may have and guiding you towards a great professional future.
