He is Director, PM&R department and biomechanics laboratory at Egarsat. He is mainly a busy clinician devoted to work injury patient assessment and rehabilitation. He is also fully involved, as a clinician and manager, in the development of a highly performing musculoskeletal rehabilitation department. It serves a great population in Barcelona area. He has participated in research projects mainly focused in strength deficit evaluation of musculoskeletal patients. He has been an associate professor (PM&R) in sports science school.
Currently, he is teaching biomechanics in Physical Therapy degree. Finally, he is an actively engaged, as board member, in the Spanish Society of PM&R (SERMEF); serving as Editor-in Chief of the official journal Rehabilitación (Madr), as founding member and President in the Sociedad Iberica de Biomecánica en Rehabilitación (SIBRehab) and as Academician at European Academy of Rehabilitation Medicine (EARM).
