The following professionals should be highlighted: Mariano Gacto, Director of the Degree in International Physiotherapy, holder of a Diploma in Physiotherapy with a Master’s Degree en Physiotherapy and Scientific Evidence, he is A University Specialist in Hand Re-education from Claude Bernard University in Lyon (France); Anna Prats, Doctor in Biological Sciences and researcher at the Institute for Biomedical Research in Girona; Joaquim Chaler, PhD and medical doctor specialising in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Sílvia Xargay, PhD in Biomedicine “cum laude” with over 8 years of experience in the field of biomedical research with a special emphasis on the pathophysiology of disease.
We should also highlight the teaching efforts of: Claire Knott, an Australian lecturer with extensive professional experience as a physiotherapist both in public and private hospitals; Javier Jerez, PhD in Public Health from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (Natal, Brazil) in 2016, with a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (Natal, Brazil). He is currently Coordinator of this Degree, and this year will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of this course, and also for preparing the Clinical Practicum and the 3rd year of the Degree; Rocío Díaz, a professionally active medical doctor, with an academic background based on Anatomy and Medical Conditions, and Samuel Young, an Australian physiotherapist with extensive experience and career guidance, among many others.
