The international profile and extensive teaching abilities of lecturers in the Degree in International Physiotherapy

An international profile , extensive pedagogical skills, dedication to teaching, a sound track record in research and a broad professional experience are some of the features of the teaching staff in the Degree in English in International Physiotherapy, from the School of New Technologies (Escola de Noves Tecnologies Interactives – ENTI-UB) and the School of Health and sport (Escola de la Salut i l’Esport – EUSES-UdG). 

The teaching staff for this Degree includes lecturers from Australia, the United Kingdom and Germany; Most of them have PhDs and are specialists in their field, with the double profile of academic-researcher and active professional. They therefore contribute their daily experience, enabling constant updating of the contents and methodologies, incorporating a more complete vision of physiotherapy, from the perspective of different countries all over the world.

Thus, at the hands of excellent professionals, you will learn about the most innovative and cutting-edge technology applied to the field of health. You will learn the different aspects of physiotherapy, such as: the assessment, diagnosis or the design of treatments that are implemented throughout Europe and in the international sphere, you will apply new technological advances and will even have the possibility of creating your own technological applications in this field. In addition, the course not only includes purely medical technology, but will share resources with other disciplines such as architecture and the area of video games or the Serious Games. In short, you will therefore become an expert in e-health technologies and in applying new tools in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation from an injury, ensuring greater patient adherence to treatments.
