Lecturer in Physics, Biomechanics and Phsyical Agents in Rehabilitation at EUSES – learning centre attached to the University of Girona (UdG). Adjunct lecturer of the Physics Department at the Polytechnics School (EPS) – UdG since 2003, and coordinator of the Basic Physics course offered to the first course students. Professor in the Master’s degree in Teacher Training for Compulsory and Upper Secondary Education (Science and Technology field). Collaborator with the Jaume Vicens-Vives institute, performing support tasks in Physics subjects in the frame of the International Baccalaureate and included in the CiMs +Cellex Program – Science and Maths field since 2012.
He completed his doctorate in Experimental Sciences and Sustainability (Environmental Physics filed) from the UdG in 2015. As a researcher, he belongs to the Environmental Physics Group (GFA) since 2004 and his field of expertise is related to the fluid dynamics, basically focused on environmental fluids. He performed several research stays in the Arizona State University (US) in 2009, in centers of P. P. Shirshov Institute of Oceanology (Russia) in 2012, and in the University of Notre Dame (US) in 2010, 2014, and 2015.
In this period, he participated in several conferences at universities and research centres, as well as in national and international congresses. One of these participations was awarded as the best presentation in the XI Symposium WMHE, 2009 (Ohrid, Macedonia). He has also been a member of the board of congress sessions.

In the area of development cooperation, he was the coordinator of the technical group in the project ‘Abay Mado 2019: New methodologies for the competence based learning at the Abay Mado School in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia’, and he is principal investigator of the project ‘Expanding the project Abay Mado 2019: Application of new methodologies for the competence based learning at the schools of the Ahmara region (Ethiopia) and at the Emboret school (Tanzania)’.
He is author of several textbooks related to the Physics subject and addressed to university students. As a member of the Educational Innovation Group in Physics, he has participated in national and international congresses where the group has presented different teaching innovation practices. He has also participated in talks at the Secondary institutes in the frame of the day of the Science.
